“The owner and his sister are friendly and helpful with anything you might need! The rooms I’ve stayed in are always clean and have a nice microwave and small refrigerator. I like that I can park right outside my door and as a single, older woman I like that there are secure room locks. The TV has plenty of channels and the beds are always comfy. I travel to that area at least once a year and we’ll always stay here!!”

“This cabin is extremely well thought out. Everything one would need in a home away from home. Mike responded to any questions quickly and was willing to get any additional item you might need to make the stay more comfortable. The decor is well thought out. There was more than enough space for 2 adults, 1 child and two small dogs. It was a pleasure staying here while in Tazewell to say goodbye to 3 recently departed loved ones. We highly recommend staying here. The price was reasonable. ...

“We had a great stay on this houseboat and would definitely stay again. The boat was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Our family loved the unique experience of staying on the water.The only area needing improvement is communication and check-in. Before our stay, responses to questions were slow, and we never received check-in instructions. After an 8-hour drive with three tired kids, we were getting concerned when we still hadn't heard from the host several hours after check-in time....

“Customer service was great. We were notified before checking in that the AC wasnt working properly. The AC ended up taking 2 days to fix. While the situation wasnt ideal or convenient, the owners were very prompt with communication and gave us a discount for our inconvenience. “Nice, peaceful getaway! Perfect location, just a few steps to the river!”

“We loved our stay here- so close to LMU! All was clean and worked well. Beds were comfortable with good linens. Nice living room set up for all to watch all of the streaming services. Bar in kitchen was popular hangout, and the kitchen has a nice bigger dining table. Host was amazingly communicative and kind. Highly recommend!”

“I was charge more than expected. They did not have my reservation. The linens/towels were dingy and stained. Our room flooded with sewage. Not a fun time but the people were incredibly nice.”
